Assembly Worker As an Assembly Worker, you are an essential part of the production process. Your work directly contributes to high-quality end products. You will work in one or more of the following areas: Pre-Assembly (starting phase) Assemble small, precise components Perform light mechanical tasks (e.g. circuit board connections) Work with clear instructions and assembly kits End Assembly Complete the final assembly of full units Work at organized workstations Use materials supplied by the logistics team Testing Test finished products for quality and functionality Grow into more technical roles based on your performance.
