Then this position at VDL is the perfect fit for you! What are you going to do? As an Assembly Operator, you will work together with your colleagues to assemble high quality technical products. You will follow work instructions carefully and play an important role in delivering reliable end products. - Assemble technical parts and products according to work instructions - Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions - Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met - Report any deviations and contribute to process improvements - Keep your workplace clean, safe and organized - Work closely with your team to achieve production targets - Start through Adecco in a day shift, with the possibility of moving to a two shift schedule in the future. There is a strong chance of a permanent contract. What do we offer? - A gross hourly salary between €16.00 and €17.00, depending on your experience - 8.33% holiday allowance - 25 vacation days per year - 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days, built up as a reserve.
