You'll help produce high-quality mushroom products that are supplied to customers all over the world. What are you going to do? As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running safely and efficiently. You monitor the production line, solve minor issues and work closely with your colleagues to ensure only top-quality products leave the factory. Your daily responsibilities include: - Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines. - Performing quality checks throughout the production process. - Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions. - Recording production data and reporting any irregularities. - Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe. You will work in a 3-shift system, giving you variety in your schedule while earning attractive shift allowances. What do we offer? At Okechamp, you'll join an international company that values your development and offers excellent employment conditions. - Starting salary of €15.26 gross per hour (excluding the 19.37% shift allowance). - After four weeks, your performance will be evaluated. With a positive assessment, your salary increases to €16.13 gross per hour (excluding shift allowance). - 19.37% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage. - Weekly salary payments. - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km one way (maximum €9.20 net per working day). - 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance (based on full-time employment). - Pension accrual from your first working day. - Free access to the Adecco Academy, with more than 150 online training courses. - Opportunities to obtain a forklift or reach truck certificate, or follow language training to further dev
