Good work!Over de functieThe production Operator B ensures optimal performance of assigned production lines, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines, while following safety and quality regulations. You will also support team members and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment. Your responsibilities are: - Set up and adjust machines to required production parameters - Monitor production progress, manage orders, and maintain accurate process records - Ensure product quality through inspections, metal detection, and process control - Maintain order, and safety on the production lines (5S standards) - Support and guide team members, escalating deviations to supervisors Working hours: - Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00.
