You know how to bring out the best in your team members and ensure continuous improvement of the logistics processes, in order to provide the customers with the best possible service. You are also responsible for: - Providing input for projects to improve the logistics processes and procedures; - Coaching, training and managing your team members; - Observing and monitoring the legal, company and safety regulations; - Naturally, you will manage the operational activities and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
