As a Warehouse Team Leader in Venlo, you'll guide a team of warehouse workers in the transit warehouse. You make sure everyone knows what needs to be done so everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. With your enthusiasm and oversight, you motivate your colleagues and bring out the best in the team. Your day starts with a team briefing. You'll then assign tasks and keep a close eye on progress. You're hands-on, stepping in to help load and unload trucks or tackle bottlenecks as needed. You also handle administrative tasks like managing loading and unloading lists.
