As a Metal Cutter and Bender, you are responsible for the precise machining of metal components. Your duties include: - Shearing, bending and forming steel and aluminium; - Setting up and operating CNC-controlled shearing and press brake machines in accordance with technical drawings; - Checking the dimensions and quality of the parts produced; - Assisting with internal transport tasks and light welding work where necessary; - Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process and working methods. Who are you? As a Shear Operator, you work with precision and have an affinity for technology and metalworking. You'll also need the following: - Experience in metalworking or the motivation to learn the trade; - The ability to read and apply technical drawings; - A meticulous, independent and quality-focused approach to work; - A forklift certificate or a willingness to obtain one; - Availability of 30 to 38 hours per week.
