As Project Manager Buying , you will play an important role in improving the way Buying operates across Kramp. You will lead projects that strengthen procurement processes, introduce new ways of working and support the continuous development of our global Buying organization. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by combining project management, business improvement and Buying expertise in an international environment. Your role As Project Manager Buying, you will manage and support improvement projects within Category & Buying Excellence. You will work closely with Category Buyers, Category Managers and stakeholders across Kramp to translate business needs into practical solutions. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, connect different stakeholders and ensure that improvements are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization. Your specific tasks include: - Lead and coordinate Buying improvement projects - define scope, create project plans, coordinate workstreams and ensure successful implementation from idea to delivery. - Identify and translate business improvement opportunities - analyze current ways of working, gather requirements and develop practical solutions that improve procurement processes, supplier collaboration, governance and Buying capabilities. - Drive change and continuous improvement - support teams in adopting new processes, tools and ways of working, while capturing best practices, lessons learned and opportunities for further improvement. - Connect stakeholders and ensure alignment - ...
