In this role, you will work with fresh fish products and ensure that they are properly processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. You will be working for an organization that specializes in processing and distributing fresh seafood products. Every day, fish is delivered from international sources and processed quickly to ensure optimal freshness. Activities - Portioning and filleting fresh fish (such as cod) - Packaging and labeling of seafood products - Sorting and preparing orders for shipment - Checking quality and freshness - Supporting the production process Activities - Careful processing of products in accordance with quality standards - Monitoring hygiene and food safety - Identifying deviations in product quality - Working efficiently in a busy production environment We are looking for someone who: - has no problem working with fresh fish - is flexible (especially on busy days like Monday) - Can handle physical work and is motivated - Works reliably and accurately - Willing to work longer shifts if necessary Is this something for you?
