IT Support Internship Do you have a passion for IT Support and an eagerness to learn and grow your skills? As our IT Support Intern, you'll be the Swiss Army Knife of our tech team, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. You'll help us keep our systems up and running smoothly and ensure that everyone has the tools they need to succeed. What you will do - Install and maintain computer systems. - Resolve internet and connectivity issues. - Provide printing and meeting room equipment support. - Meet with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed. - Help maintain the team's knowledge base and documentation on Confluence and Intranet. - Ensure that every new hire has all the equipment and access they need to succeed. - Manage user accounts, access privileges and secure the environment. - Determine causes of malfunctions through evaluation, testing, and resolution. - Train staff on software and hardware use. - Help resolve daily issues and tickets. ...
