Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and engaging residents in social activities. The role requires a flexible schedule, working alternate weekends and a rotation of day and night shifts.

Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in a care setting or a genuine interest in caring for the elderly would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, empathetic, and have a growth mindset.
