We stand behind our commitments. Your Mission The on-site IT Support Engineer is the first point of contact for all internal IT incidents at HCME. The role is responsible for receiving, triaging and routes non-WPS incidents directly to the appropriate IT team, and for directly handling and escalating incidents and requests within the scope of Workplace Services. For WPS tickets, the IT Support Engineer remains the primary contact for the end user throughout the entire process. The role also provides dedicated support for IT devices used within the OT environment and delivers priority support to VIP users, always with a focus on user experience and operational continuity.
