1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok of Allemanskok in een professionele keuken (horeca). Aantoonbare ervaring met warme en koude bereidingen, mise-en-place en werken volgens HACCP-richtlijnen is vereist.
