This is a great opportunity for a passionate culinary professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting kitchen operations, and developing a strong team culture from the beginning. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting the team during busy services across multiple outlets. Your impact - Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across multiple concepts. - Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish served. - Lead and motivate the kitchen team during preparation and service. - Help create an organised, efficient, and positive kitchen environment. - Act as a strong support for the Head Chef and step up when required. What you'll do - Assist with daily kitchen management and service coordination. - Guide and support junior chefs through coaching and hands-on leadership. - Coordinate preparation, mise-en-place, and smooth service flow. - Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to quality standards. - Support stock management, inventory checks, and waste reduction initiatives. - Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation standards. - Support events and special services when required. - Contribute ideas and feedback to improve kitchen operations.
