As a Customer Service Representative , you are the main point of contact for our customers. You assist customers via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp, ensuring they are helped quickly and effectively. Your responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries (products, orders, delivery) - Advise customers and think along in solutions - Prepare quotations and support order processing - Handle returns and service requests - Identify improvements in processes and customer interactions You will work in a committed team where quick communication and clarity are essential.
