As an HR Administrator (Croatian speaking) international head office in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you are the operational backbone supporting employee management across Europe! You will join a dedicated country team driving the HR administration for active markets like the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, and beyond. Hiring, Contracts & First Impressions You set the stage for a great candidate experience! From drafting employment contracts to verifying new hire information, you ensure every new colleague enjoys a smooth and seamless onboarding journey. Timekeeping, Payroll & Compliance Accuracy is everything. You make sure all worked hours are accurately logged in the system, salaries are calculated correctly, and absenteeism is properly tracked-always fully aligned with local labor laws.
