Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center features 32 event rooms of various sizes, and is an ideal meeting place near Schiphol Airport. For the service of all meetings and events, we are seeking for a passionate F&B attendant with a background in the hospitality industry, to join our team (full-time). Good to know! Our banquets team operates mainly on the weekdays, but we do wish you to not be averse to rotating shifts, and working on holidays. Main responsibilities: - Setting and maintaining cleanliness of the conference rooms and lunch areas. - Maintain an excellent guest service, and inspire the team to do the same. - We are one big team, helping out others is a must – ‘Teamwork Makes The Dream Work' - Consistent achievement of the service standards and quality. - You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company. - Complete opening and/or closing duties. Functie-eisen: Key personality traits: - You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products.
