You start with the Hero Academy and then move into the team. Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands. Schiphol is Hero's hub for major clients and MSP programmes. As a trainee, you get direct access to the most challenging assignments in the market. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent each year.
