You bring 3+ years of experience in automotive/dealer operations, network development, sales operations, or project management. The role coordinates dealer implementation activities, ensuring new partners are operational and equipped to represent the brand successfully from launch. Description - Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new dealer partners, ensuring all activities are completed on time and in line with company standards. - Act as the main point of contact between dealers and internal teams, managing onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and project progress. - Ensure dealer operational readiness by coordinating facilities, systems, training, staffing, compliance requirements, and launch preparation activities. - Organize and monitor dealer training programs, certifications, and onboarding completion, working closely with central training teams. - Coordinate the implementation of dealer systems and digital platforms, including CRM, DMS, ordering, warranty, delivery, and reporting tools. - Support dealers with vehicle ordering processes, order tracking, issue resolution, and operational guidance throughout onboarding. - Facilitate communication regarding vehicle allocation, availability, delivery expectations, and alignment between dealer demand and supply planning. - Build strong relationships with dealer partners and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, organizing project meetings, and supporting successful ...
