You ensure that training courses, learning journeys, and development programs run smoothly from start to finish. You oversee planning and scheduling, coordinate with clients and trainers, support participants, and make sure everything behind the scenes is organized to perfection. From an international training series to an in-company program for a client, you maintain a clear overview, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and deliver a professional learning experience for everyone involved.
