In this role, you will focus on improving the quality and efficiency of monthly financial reporting. You will take ownership of accurate and complete financial processing and reporting for a specific part of the business. You will also drive improvements to make financial processes more efficient, scalable, and future-proof. You will be responsible for maintaining, processing, and reporting general ledger transactions across multiple operating countries. Together with Financial Accountants, you ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and on time, and that financial data is complete and compliant. Your responsibilities also include month-end closing, statutory reporting, and supporting external audits. Who You Are You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements. You are analytical, accurate, and thrive in a dynamic and international environment. We are looking for someone with: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance (HBO/WO) - At least 5 years of Financial Control experience (audit experience is a plus) - Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets - Strong communication skills in English - French language skills are a plus - Experience with IFRS and SAP (S/4HANA Public Cloud) is preferred - The ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization What We Offer - Salary between €65,000 and €70,000 per year - Extensive learning and development opportunities (e.g. online training platforms) - Strong career growth prospects in an international environment - An informal, collabo...
