About the job We are looking for a hands-on Junior Scrum Master/Business Analyst with a passion for process optimization and a technical mindset. As part of our Development team, you will be working on the Vennex project, our MTF exchange platform for trading shares and bonds in small to medium sized enterprises and crowdfunding platforms. You will play a key role in driving the success of our Agile sprints. You will ensure that the team stays focused, track progress, and facilitate smooth communication with various stakeholders. As a Junior Scrum Master / Business Analyst, you will work alongside colleagues in the development team, the product owners, business analysts and management on C-level. You will operate in niche markets with specific business requirements, requiring flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt.
