Your goal is to translate the overall strategy into action and help to shape the digital & technology portfolios within Commerce and the crossroads towards Supply Chain and Finance. Key responsibilities are: - Own the architecture strategy for Commerce ensuring strong alignment with functional and D&T strategic plans. - Develop blueprints, reference & transition architectures with clear architectural principles, patterns and reusable components. Ensure these are actionable and lead to tangible business value for different archetypes. - Be a sparring partner for the Commerce Leadership team and support them in strategic planning, investments decisions, platform governance and cross functional alignment. - Provide architectural direction for large change programs and ensure compliance with platform and enterprise architecture standards. - Guide and align Solution Architects and Engineering teams through a dotted-line leadership model. Collaborate, mentor and guide them to ensure close alignment between strategy & execution, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning and innovation. - Act as the guardian of architectural integrity, ensuring solutions align with the overall strategy and long‑term platform sustainability.
