Talentmark Lab Process Technician - Operations & Maintenance - Netherlands, Breda - 11 juni 2026 - Fulltime - mbo-2, mbo - V-190512-1 - €3400 per month Profile We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Process Technician who is eager to learn, open to coaching, and capable of self-reflection. The ideal candidate is competent and motivated to work on a pharmaceutical production line. The candidate preferably has experience with GMP principles, standard work, and a production environment. A successful Process Technician is able to maintain focus throughout the day and work at a defined pace in order to meet planned production targets. This person enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment, is a natural team player, and demonstrates flexibility. Switching between different production lines and tasks comes easily. A strong sense of ownership and maturity is shown by consistently following procedures and escalating issues when necessary. Actively seeking opportunities for improvement is part of the mindset of a skilled Process Technician.
