What you'll do - Interview product managers to surface repetitive tasks that are good candidates for automation - Design and build AI routines that run on a schedule or on demand (e.g. decision digests, status summaries, feedback aggregation) - Replace static document-based review processes with interactive, AI-assisted tools - Measure time saved and iterate based on adoption - Document what you build so it outlasts your internship What you'll need - Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline during the entire duration of the internship - Comfortable building with APIs and writing scripts or small applications (Python or TypeScript preferred) - Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering - you've built something with an AI API before - Able to talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate vague pain points into concrete specs - Bias toward shipping: you'd rather put an imperfect tool in front of users than perfect something in isolation Nice-to-have - Experience with workflow automation tools - Exposure to product management processes or working in a product team - Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint) - Experience with Claude code What you'll get - A real problem to solve with real users - product managers who will tell you immediately if what you built is useful - Hands-on experience with production AI tooling - Mentorship What we offer A competitive compensation packag...
