Please read on and apply directly! what we offer - € 7000 - € 7300 based on fulltime and experience - 10 months - 24 hours per week - Amsterdam - Data discovery expert - Dynamic organization who are you You will act as the vital bridge between complex chemical datasets and advanced AI models. You have a strong knowledge of data quality testing methods. For this position you need to possess the following qualifications/skills: - You hold a master's or PhD in bioinformatics, chemistry or another relevant field; - You have a strong academic foundation in chemistry and proven experience working with large-scale chemistry datasets; - Experience in a laboratory environment is a significant plus; - You understand the context of the data you are working with; - You possess a natural curiosity for decoding data; - You are comfortable working with complex code and pipelines; - You don't get frustrated by bugs, you enjoy unraveling them to find the 'why'; - Experience with Python and Java is kind of a must; what will you do - Analyze large-scale chemistry datasets to identify quality issues and discover opportunities to improve data extraction, enrichment and structure; - Monitor and validate the accuracy of chemistry-related content.
