Core responsibilities - Partner with tech leadership to translate business strategy into workforce and talent plans. - Lead and coach HRBPs, setting priorities, standards, and measurable outcomes. - Drive organizational design, change management, and operating model improvements. - Oversee performance management, career frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development. - Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation with consistent, fair practices. - Use people analytics to identify trends (attrition, engagement, performance) and implement interventions. - Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, People Ops) to deliver integrated solutions.
