Core Responsibilities - Define and own the enterprise technology security strategy, roadmap, and operating model. - Establish security governance, policies, standards, and risk management practices. - Oversee security architecture, secure-by-design engineering, and cloud/security platform controls. - Lead threat detection, incident response, crisis management, and post-incident improvements. - Direct vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation prioritization. - Manage identity and access management, data protection, and encryption/key management programs. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks; drive audits and remediation. - Partner with engineering, IT, product, and business leaders to embed security in delivery pipelines. - Own third-party and supply-chain security assessments and ongoing monitoring. - Build, mentor, and scale security teams; manage budget, vendors, and security tooling.
