Core responsibilities - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls. - Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, KPI tracking, and performance recommendations. - Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning. - Coordinate audits and act as primary contact for external auditors and advisors. - Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality across finance systems and reporting. - Lead, coach, and develop the finance team; define priorities and resource planning. Required skills and qualifications - Proven experience in finance management, including reporting, FP&A, and closing cycles. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal control frameworks. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience with ERP and financial reporting tools; strong Excel skills. - Leadership, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills. - High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
