You combine market insights, customer needs and business opportunities to drive profitable growth and strengthen Bejo's position worldwide. By analyzing customer insights, market developments, competitive landscapes and genetic performance, you create a clear strategic direction that supports Bejo's long-term ambitions. You functionally lead and inspire an international team of Regional Crop Managers. Through strong collaboration and stakeholder management, you connect research, breeding, production, marCom, sales and regional organizations around the world. You know how to build commitment, influence decision-making and align diverse perspectives across cultures and regions. You work closely with your fellow Head of Crops and the Organic Crop manager. You are member of the Global Crop Management MT. You continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, translating opportunities into actionable plans.
