Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid ESG Specialist Role purpose: Support the organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy by collecting and analyzing ESG data, preparing disclosures, coordinating stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance and reporting. Core Responsibilities - Coordinate ESG data collection across departments; validate data quality, completeness, and audit readiness. - Track and report ESG KPIs (e.g., emissions, energy, waste, DEI, governance metrics) and maintain documentation. - Prepare internal and external ESG reports and disclosures aligned to relevant frameworks and regulations. - Support materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, and ESG risk/opportunity analysis. - Assist with target setting, action plans, and progress monitoring (e.g., decarbonization, supplier ESG). - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Procurement to ensure consistent ESG governance and controls. - Monitor emerging ESG standards, regulatory updates, and best practices; recommend process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, risk, compliance, or related analytical roles. - Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; ability to interpret ESG metrics and trends. - Knowledge of ESG reporting standards and assurance expectations. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools; ability to build clear dashboards and summaries. - Excellent writing and communication skills for cross-functional coordination and disclosure drafting. - High ...
