What will you do? - Lead the Groupage Team and inspire your colleagues to continuously improve and perform at their best. - Optimise our European network, linehaul operations and vehicle load factors. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and international partners. - Monitor and drive KPIs such as on-time delivery performance, quality and customer satisfaction. - Translate data and analyses into tangible improvements and increased profitability. What do you bring? - Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO equivalent), preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. - At least 5 years of experience in groupage or international road transport, complemented by leadership experience. - Strong communication skills and the ability to connect, motivate and inspire people. - You have a visible presence on the work floor, inspire confidence in your colleagues and create an environment where people feel empowered to take responsibility. - Commercial aw...
