You'll oversee daily café and breakfast operations, inspire a dynamic team, and create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel welcome and valued. Your impact - Lead the day-to-day operations of two unique hospitality concepts, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from morning through service. - Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of authenticity, accountability, and engagement. - Drive operational excellence while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and community-focused atmosphere. - Use commercial insights and performance data to improve guest satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. - Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality standards across all operations. What you'll do - Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the standard for service excellence. - Recruit, develop, and retain talented hospitality professionals through coaching and mentoring. - Manage labour, costs, stock, and operational performance to achieve financial targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and support events where required. - Analyse business performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue and operational efficiency. - Create an environment where guests return because of the atmosphere, service, and genuine hospitality.
