Purpose - The Discipline Lead Engineer's purpose is to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and safe engineering solutions that meet project objectives and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the projects. Responsibilities - Analyze real-time process controller data from offshore assets to identify performance gaps and recommend control strategies for improved efficiency and reliability. - Measure controller performance fleetwide (KPIs) using statistical monitoring tools. - Identify and address "bad actor" controllers, working closely with local shorebase teams and offshore resources to optimize performance. - Lead root cause analysis for control system issues, both remotely and during offshore visits, ensuring minimal production downtime. - Collaborate with offshore operations, maintenance, and process engineering teams t...
