Wat ga je doen? In the expert role you will be able to participate in projects to improve the processes that are fundamental to publish the KLM Schedule ( you use CSD/Aurora), you will determine the right Codeshares ( you use the Codeshare Analyse tool and MCT database) and improve the quality of HERO (the rebooking tool of passengers in case of schedule changes and use ALTEA). Furthermore you will be responsible for your own partner airline portfolio and have a leading role in the synchronization between the publication of codeshares between partner airlines. Managing the applicability of IATA standards within KLM distribution system and support and advise the manager in meetings regarding various improvements in work processes and implementation of them possibly by participating in project groups. Waar land je? You will be part of the Schedule Distribution & Codeshare Publication Team within the department Network. In cooperation with Network, Alliances and partner airlines you will be working continuously to improve the value of Codeshares.In cooperation with OC , PRM and Network you will be working together to distribute KL Schedule and the rebooking of our passengers within 14 day before departure.
