Every day, we work on a wide range of maintenance projects, from scheduled maintenance to service jobs and major renovations. Demand is increasing and the team is expanding, which is why we are looking for a hands-on work planner who enjoys fulfilling a dual role. In this role, you will be partly involved in work planning and will also help to restructure the team. You will maintain an overview, support colleagues and, together with us, continue to build a strong and professional organisation. What will you be doing? As a Junior Maintenance Project Manager, you act as the link between planning, execution and the client. You ensure that maintenance work is properly prepared and that the team can get to work efficiently on site. You bring structure to processes, maintain an overview and support the team in their day-to-day tasks. You work closely with the team leader and ensure that work is well planned and prepared. You switch easily between the office, the construction site and the client, and know how to manage people in a clear and positive manner.
