The Sales & Marketing Center of Excellence team is looking for an enthusiastic intern who is interested in customer loyalty, marketing, customer engagement, and community building to support this journey. As our Loyalty Intern, you'll join our Sales & Marketing Center of Excellence team and gain hands-on experience in an international environment by supporting the Global Loyalty Manager. Your role: Depending on your interests and strengths, you will contribute to: Loyalty program support - Assist in monitoring and optimizing existing installer loyalty programs. - Help develop recommendations to improve the installer experience and program value proposition. - Support in shaping communication plan for the onboarding journey and other engagement activities. Internal communication - Support the development of an internal marketing and communication plan to increase awareness and adoption of loyalty initiatives. - Create presentations, communication materials, and stakeholder updates. - Help drive engagement among internal teams across different markets. Community building - Support in hosting community calls with various markets. - Learn, share and re-apply best practices across markets.
