You will be: - Creating, adjusting and optimising the maintenance schedule within a 24/7 automated environment - Leading and coaching five team leaders across multiple shifts (the role itself is a day position, no shift work) - Aligning daily priorities and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan - Monitoring and driving KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance compliance - Collaborating closely with planners, operations, and external stakeholders (Bol. / CEVA) - Initiating and leading improvement projects in maintenance processes, planning structure, and collaboration - Ensuring correct use and continuous improvement of the CMMS - Maintaining safety and quality as top priorities in all activities What's in it for you - Gross monthly salary of between €5,200 and €5,500 (depending on experience and background) - Metalektro CLA - Full-time position of 40 hours per week - 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days - PME pension scheme - Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (maximum 50 km one way) - Day role within a 24/7 operational environment About the Company Your new employer is a global le...
