- Project Assistent UNITE4TB Radboudumc zoekt een Project Assistent UNITE4TB Job description As a project assistant, you work on the UNITE4TB project, the largest research project ever coordinated by Radboudumc. With this research, we aim to accelerate the development of innovative tuberculosis treatments. You make decisions regarding administrative tasks that support the research and the project managers You hierarchically report to the operations manager and the senior team coordinator. Tasks and responsibilities Preparation of clinical scientific research - Providing administrative support to the team, for example by assisting in coordinating contracts. - Supporting, where needed, the financial and substantive administration of the project. Execution of the research - Independently carrying out administrative actions arising from the progress of the project. - Assisting in compiling periodic progress reports/overviews. - Participating in the broader (internal and external) project management office of the project. Participation in collaborations and consultation structures - Internal consultations, such as team meetings. - External consultations, such as consortium meetings and project management office meetings. Administration management - Managing calendars, for example for supervisors. - Taking minutes during team meetings and consortium meetings. - Other administrative tasks. Place of work The UNITE4TB project is funded through European IHI resources in cooperation with several multinationals and has a total budget of €185 million. The project has 29 funded partners and involves more than 35 hospitals in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America.
