Logistics Coordinator - Fulltime - 40 hour - MBO Logistics Coordinator - Make a Real Global Impact Do you want your work to truly matter? At Medical Export Group (MEG), we believe healthcare is a basic human right. As a Logistics Coordinator, you help deliver essential medical supplies to people worldwide - often where it matters most. Your role You are at the heart of our international supply chain. From the moment a supplier confirms an order to final delivery, you ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with international regulations. Your work directly supports NGOs, UN organizations, and healthcare systems globally. What you'll do - Coordinate international shipments from supplier to customer - Monitor orders and track shipment progress - Work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners - Manage transport planning, documentation, and customs requirements - Handle shipment updates, delays, and problem-solving - Ensure accurate administration and invoicing in the ERP system - Maintain documentation and support process improvements Who you are You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You enjoy solving problems and keeping complex processes on track.
