They are expanding their logistics operations in Almere, and we are looking for a driven professional to strengthen their warehouse team. Working Hours You're flexible: day, evening, night (5 weeks per year), and occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons are possible for you. What You'll Do - Lead the daily warehouse operation and monitor team KPI's. - Keep processes running efficiently and solve bottlenecks quickly. - Motivate, coach, and guide your team: from onboarding to performance reviews. - Ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow across the warehouse. - Manage planning, priorities, and reporting. - Act as the link between the team and management. Who You Are - MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience. - Experience in logistics (fashion is a plus). - Strong communicator in Dutch & English. - Skilled with WMS and Office applications. - VCA certified (or willing to obtain).
