About this role
As a production worker in concrete products in lemmer, you help make top quality concrete parts. You start your day by getting the molds ready, cleaning and oiling them so the concrete comes out perfectly. With your team, you place the reinforcement, pour the concrete and finish the products using clear drawings. You work in a close-knit group that is proud of every result. This is what you will do: - Prepare, clean, and oil the concrete molds - Install reinforcement according to instructions and drawings - Pour concrete and finish the products - Use machines (after you've learned how) - Help make the production process even better - Follow training to develop and grow into a machine operator if you wish Functie-eisen: - You are available for 32-40 hours per week in day shifts (Monday to Friday) - Experience in construction is nice, but not required - You have at least a secondary vocational (MBO) level - You speak Dutch or English well enough to do the work - You have your own accommodation and transport in the lemmer area
