We can achieve this by using less energy and generating more (locally sourced) renewable energy. In addition, we face a huge construction challenge. We believe it is important that the energy transition remains feasible, affordable, reliable and future-proof. And that is quite a challenge given the grid congestion. As an energy transition adviser, you will make a substantive contribution to the energy transition, both in policy development and in providing advice. In this team, you will work alongside enthusiastic colleagues to identify strategic opportunities to take the energy transition a step further. This change requires a major effort from everyone: local authorities, businesses, other public bodies, civil society organisations and our residents.
