As a production worker in Espel, you play an essential part in a modern and supportive work environment. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to producing high-quality wooden agricultural crates. Your work matters: you focus on quality, efficiency, and personal development, making every day a new learning opportunity. - Assess and repair the quality of wooden planks as needed - Use a nail gun and keep equipment supplied throughout production - Detect and address any issues that come up during the process - Support your colleagues to ensure smooth workflow - Work from 07:00 to 16:00, with flexibility for overtime when required Functie-eisen: - Good proficiency in English - Background or interest in technical or agricultural work - Available for overtime when necessary - Good with hand tools and hands-on tasks - Experience in a similar production environment
