About this role
As an operator, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production machines. Your technical skills and attention to detail ensure smooth operations and contribute directly to the final quality. This is what you will do: - Reconfigure and set up machines for new production runs - Follow production specifications precisely - Check machine settings and ensure everything runs correctly after adjustments - Identify and resolve minor technical issues independently - Help keep the workspace clean and safe - Share ideas for improving processes You will have plenty of room to develop yourself within this technical role. Functie-eisen: - Experience with setting up and adjusting machines in a production environment - Technical skills and a strong focus on quality - Willingness to work in shifts - Good command of the Dutch language - Eager to learn new skills
