Job Description: As a Warehouse Teamlead, you coordinate and guide a warehouse team within a dynamic fashion logistics environment. You ensure daily targets are achieved, processes run smoothly, and your team remains motivated and engaged. You act as a visible floor leader, monitoring performance, solving operational challenges, and maintaining high standards in productivity, safety, and quality. Working closely with Supervisors and Operations Managers, you help optimize workflows and support peak periods to keep operations running at top performance. Summary of activities you will do as a Warehouse Teamlead: - Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities; - Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve productivity and quality goals; - Monitor and manage KPIs such as productivity, quality, and throughput; - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions; - Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards; - Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Operations Managers to optimize workflows; - Report operational progress and improvement opportunities deviations to management.
