You take pride in keeping your machine running smoothly and in resolving minor breakdowns or blockages quickly and efficiently. You are flexible and willing to work shifts: early/late and night. Working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 8-10°C) does not deter you. You are able to work independently, but you also regularly consult with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process. You do not mind performing physical work. You have a good command of Dutch and/or English and are able to commute independently to Dendermonde.
