About this role
operator in Balk As an operator, you will make sure the production process runs smoothly. You will set up and operate machinery, follow schedules, and check product quality. It's your job to fill in the necessary forms and keep an eye on the production line. If any problems arise, you'll fix them yourself or ask the Technical Department for help. You will work in a five-shift system. - Setting up and operating machines; - Performing quality checks and completing forms; - Identifying and solving technical issues; - Reporting problems to the relevant department. Functie-eisen: - MBO (secondary vocational) level of working and thinking; - Willingness to work in a five-shift system; - Forklift certificate preferred, or willing to obtain one; - Good command of the Dutch language.
