At McCain Appetizers in Rilland, we're looking for motivated Line Operators who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and making a difference. Previous experience is not essential—we're looking for enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn. Together, we'll ensure our cheese snacks and breaded vegetable products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. What are you going to do? As a Line Operator, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work with modern machinery and monitor the progress of the production line. - Setting up and operating production machines - Monitoring and adjusting the production process - Ensuring that raw materials and supplies are available on time - Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions -Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality and continuity You'll work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, ensuring production continues around the clock. Your shifts are: - Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM What do we offer? -Starting salary of €16.67 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift premiums) -Shift premium: 33% extra after 6:00 p.m. and 35% extra after midnight -25 vacation days -3% year-end bonus -Travel allowance -Career growth and development opportunities through training -As a flex worker, you also have the prospect of a permanent contract with McCain Where will you work?
