For an international organisation in pharmaceutical production in Tilburg, we are looking for an Operator. This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week for 12 months. You will work in a 5-shift system within a professional and structured production environment. Wat ga je doen? As an Operator, you will work in one of the production departments, such as Gel/Medicine, Encapsulation or Post Production. You will support the production process and make sure that everything runs safely, correctly and according to quality standards. Your tasks may include operating machines, checking products, preparing materials and registering production data. You will work according to fixed procedures, safety rules and hygiene standards. You will start with an onboarding period of approximately 2 months. During this period, you will learn more about the department, machines, processes and quality requirements. Wat bieden wij? - Full-time position of 37 hours per week; - Contract for 12 months; - Start date: as soon as possible; - Salary: €26.00 gross per hour, including shift allowance for a 5-shift system; - 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance; - Pension accrual from your first working day; - Travel expense reimbursement; - Access to the Adecco Academy with online training courses; - Working in shifts from Monday to Sunday; - Work clothing, shoes and safety equipment are provided; - Shift times: 07:00–15:30, 15:00–23:30 and 23:00–07:30. Wat vragen wij? - MBO working and thinking level or equivalent; - Good command of the Dutch language, at least B1 level; - Willingness to work in a 5-shift system; - Accurate, e
